Will PoindexterDirector of Operations
Will Poindexter started his lacrosse career at one of Nor Cal's first Marin teams, Marin Catholic High School, where he found his passion for the sport. He went on to the University of Denver where he played club lacrosse while studying Digital Media Studies and Business. Will moved to Las Vegas in '07 where his passion for the sport has led him to coach players of all skill levels through youth organizations, camps, clinics, and leagues. Will was awarded the '08 assistant coach of the year in Nevada. Will now directs leagues and camps throughout Northern California, Nevada, and Washington.

Marty Jayne
North Bay Director
Jayne brings a great knowledge and passion to the game. He coached Novato Lacrosse in northern California from 1982-1989 and helped start the San Marin Varsity program from 2004-2008. He's been involved in every aspect of the game including bringing Norcal to the Vail Shootout, Team Marin in the Sonoma Shootout, playing for both club Marin and Golden Gate Lacrosse club, and much more. He works with all ages helping spread the game and its virtues throughout Northern California.
Kelly Quinn
East Bay Director
Kelly currently is the Acalanes High School head coach and U-17 Nor Cal All-Star team's head coach. Kelly also serves as President of Lamorinda Lacrosse club and as a commissioner for the NCJLA.
Andrew Goodhand
East Bay Director/Lead Coach
Raised in the hot bed of western lacrosse, Salt Lake City, UT, Andrew played at Bucknell University for 4 years and was captain his senior year. He coached little league & high school teams during his breaks home from college including a high school all star team that took 4thin the Vail Shootout. Since moving to San Francsico, Andrew has been the offensive coordinator for the University of California at Berkeley men's lacrosse team. He is in his second season as assistant coach and looks for every opportunity to give back to the game.

Jeff Eckenhoff
South Bay Director
Jeff started playing lacrosse in 8th grade for the Palo Alto Tomahawks. In 2002, he was part of the Tomahawks Varsity team who won the California State Club Lacrosse Championship. When he graduated high school in 2003, he was selected as a Northern California All-American Midfielder. He played lacrosse for the University of Colorado-Boulder, earning a starting position from 2004-2007.
After graduating in 2007, he took off to Adelaide, South Australia to play for the East Torrens Payneham Redwings Lacrosse Club. He helped take the Redwings to the playoffs for the first time in 14 years. Jeff now coaches high school lacrosse and plays lacrosse in the Bay Area.
