EVALUATION DAY WITH SPONSORED PRO PLAYERS
Day 1 in every Vitality Lacrosse League starts with the player evaluation day. Each regional league is sponsored by a different lacrosse equipment company, and a sponsored professional athlete (see below for more info). The Pros lead the player evaluation day by introducing all summer league players to the latest skills, drills, and technical aspects of the game that helped make them some of the best lacrosse athletes in the world. Each sponsor will also be on hand to make sure plenty of swag and equipment give-a-ways are given out as well. Summer League coaches will be close by, assisting in drills, but more importantly evaluating players for DRAFT DAY!

DRAFT DAY
Following the pro evaluation day, coaches convene for the player draft. Each coach selects one player per round, based upon the skills and abilities demonstrated during the evaluation. If two players include each other in the friend request section of registration, they will be drafted as a pair once one of the two are selected. Friend requests will only be honored if BOTH players select each other. Rosters and schedules will be released within 24 hours of the draft, email to players, and posted online.
