FAQ

Q: What is the Vitality Lacrosse refund policy?
A: Vitality Lacrosse does not offer refunds for any lacrosse programs. You can receive credit towards another Vitality Lacrosse event if you are unable to attend due to an emergency or medical situation. We do require verification of such medical circumstances- please send an email to email@VitalityLacrosse.com if you are unable to participate in an event you have registered for and would like to receive credit towards another program.

Q: What should I bring to camp?
A: Each camp, league and tournament is a little different and may require slightly equipment to participate. Almost all events require full protective gear- for the boys that is gloves, arm pads, shoulder pad, stick, helmet, mouth guard, lacrosse cleats, and a protective cup. Rib pads are also recommended but not required. Girls must have eye protection, stick and mouth guard. Other items such as water, snacks, and sunscreen are always high recommended. For events during the winter months, sweats, longsleeve shirts, and other warm outwear is always a good idea.

Q: What do we do if there is bad weather during an event?
A: Lacrosse, like football, and most other field sports will continue on in cold or rainy weather. Safety is always the top priority for our athletes and if the weather is threatening or compromising of keeping players safe- we will cancel or postpone play at the discretion of our program directors. In the event of lightning, play will be stopped immediately.

Q: Should I still sign up if I can’t attend the camp or league every day of the event?
A: For the most part, that is going to be up to you. For summer leagues and longer term events- we understand that people go on vacation and are likely to miss a couple sessions. We adjust team roster sizes to allow for some absenteeism. Players are welcome to attend camps and leagues as often as their schedules permit- Camp will continue on without you, and you can jump back in when you return!

Q: Will I receive a jersey or uniform at the camp or league I'm attending?
A : Every player will receive a jersey at every Vitality camp or league.

Q: Do I need a US Lacrosse membership to register for a Vitality Lacrosse event?
A: Although we strongly encourage all lacrosse players to become members of US Lacrosse, we do not require membership for participation in our events. All players will receive the same insurance benefits whether they are US Lacrosse members or not. To register as a US Lacrosse member, please visit www.uslacrosse.org

Our U-11 and U-13 divisions have a great instructional component which are very beneficial for beginners. Our U-15 and High School Divisions are more instruction on the fly while the players compete in games. Our entire coaching staff is dedicated to making sure every player is having a great experience, no matter what their skill level.
